    Only called in for their coffee and cake deal to takeaway (at £2.85 it might be the best and most reasonably priced cake/coffee in Thetford). The lovely decor and friendly staff have made me want to return soon for one of their afternoon teas.

    Please be aware if over charged at this hotel you will not get your money back. I stayed here a little while ago and was overcharged by £30 I have phoned many times and left my details and no one has ever come back to me. Please note that I have never before left a negative google review anywhere. But I feel I have to for this establishment because they are ignoring me. On a positive side the staff were lovely.
